# GitPaid > GitPaid is a marketplace where developers and teams can publish, sell, license, distribute, and update repositories, applications, browser extensions, AI skills, services, and software bundles. GitPaid combines a software marketplace with GitHub-based publishing, versioned releases, buyer libraries, community requests, commissions, and product trust information. ## Documentation Entry Points - [Full LLM Reference](https://gitpaid.com/llms-full.txt): Detailed routes, roles, entities, states, workflows and interpretation rules. - [AI Index](https://gitpaid.com/ai-index.json): Machine-readable platform map. - [Wiki Index](https://gitpaid.com/wiki-index.json): Machine-readable article catalog. - [Human Wiki](https://gitpaid.com/wiki): Searchable documentation for buyers, publishers and integrations. - [Platform Map](https://gitpaid.com/wiki?article=mappa-piattaforma): Canonical explanation of where each feature lives. - [Developer Delivery Workspace](https://gitpaid.com/wiki?article=workflow-sviluppo): Issue board, pull requests, release gates, Review Apps, packages and continuous security. - [AI Reading Guide](https://gitpaid.com/wiki?article=ai-guida-lettura): Source priority, privacy boundaries and ambiguity rules. - [Capability States](https://gitpaid.com/wiki?article=stati-funzionalita): Live, sandbox, prepared, review-required, blocked and planned semantics. - [Countries and Sales Regions](https://gitpaid.com/wiki?article=paesi-regioni-vendita): Launch allowlists, billing-country checks and regional constraints. - [Direct Release Runbook](https://gitpaid.com/wiki?article=rilascio-diretto): Safe foundation, provisioning order, release preflight and rollback. - [Market Region Policy](https://gitpaid.com/market-regions.json): Machine-readable decision states, reason codes and review profiles. Important interpretation notes: - GitPaid is an independent product and is not affiliated with GitHub. - A product can contain a public preview and protected premium files. - Product pages may include publisher-declared compatibility alongside platform-generated integrity information. - Trust checks distinguish completed verification from pending scans. A pending check must not be interpreted as passed. - Prices, currencies, license terms, update access, refund policies, and download availability can vary by product. - Some pages require authentication because they contain purchases, licenses, private repositories, or publisher data. - The canonical product page is `/product/:slug`; `/repo/:id` is the legacy repository-specific surface. - For navigation answers, provide the route and state whether authentication is required. - For product answers, distinguish publisher declarations, verified-buyer feedback, and platform-generated evidence. - Worldwide publisher availability never overrides GitPaid's approved launch-country allowlist. - Compliance status is operational readiness evidence, not a legal certification. - GitPaid follows a direct-release strategy. `foundation` and `release_candidate` keep real commerce disabled; only `public_release` may enable live payments after every gate passes. ## Marketplace - [Discover](https://gitpaid.com/): Browse and search all available product types. - [Repositories](https://gitpaid.com/repositories): Explore source-code repositories, libraries, templates, and developer tools. - [Applications](https://gitpaid.com/apps): Explore installable desktop, web, and mobile applications. - [Browser Extensions](https://gitpaid.com/extensions): Find extensions with browser-specific compatibility and release variants. - [AI Skills](https://gitpaid.com/skills): Explore prompts, agents, tools, and reusable AI capabilities. - [Services](https://gitpaid.com/services): Find structured development, setup, customization, support, and consulting services. - [Bundles](https://gitpaid.com/bundles): Explore packages containing multiple compatible products. ## Buyers - [Library and Downloads](https://gitpaid.com/library): Access purchased products, versions, licenses, fiscal documents, download history, updates, refunds, and license upgrades. - [Install Center](https://gitpaid.com/install): Review compatibility and installation information for acquired software. - [Product Comparison](https://gitpaid.com/compare): Compare products, pricing, compatibility, licenses, and support information. - [Trust Center](https://gitpaid.com/trust/saas-foundry): Review package integrity, provenance, dependency manifests, security scan status, and signature status. - [Privacy Center](https://gitpaid.com/privacy-center): Manage consent and track access, export, correction, erasure, restriction or objection requests. ## Publishers - [Publish a Product](https://gitpaid.com/publish): Publish a repository, application, extension, AI skill, service, or bundle using a guided workflow. - [Creator Studio](https://gitpaid.com/studio): Manage products, releases, sales, analytics, promotions, support, and publisher operations. - [Products](https://gitpaid.com/studio/products): Manage the publisher product catalog. - [Release Center](https://gitpaid.com/releases): Manage versions, release channels, changelogs, availability, and scheduled releases. - [Announcements](https://gitpaid.com/studio/announcements): Publish product or platform announcements, including time-limited polls. - [Repository Trash](https://gitpaid.com/studio/trash): Restore deleted repositories during the 30-day protection period. - [Publisher Operations](https://gitpaid.com/studio/operations): Manage Creator Health, support workflows, product automations, refunds, reviews and growth signals. ## GitHub and Developer Integration - [GitPaid Connect](https://gitpaid.com/connect): Connect selected GitHub repositories, configure sync, review permissions, and use GitPaid publishing workflows. - [Developer Workspace](https://gitpaid.com/workspace/saas-foundry): Explore code, branches, releases, issues, pull requests, automation, and repository settings. - [Repository Network](https://gitpaid.com/network): View dependencies, extensions, bundles, replacements, and relationships between products. The Developer Workspace connects product feedback to delivery. Issues move through Backlog, Planned, In progress, Review and Released. Pull requests must pass required approvals, pipeline checks, commit-signature rules and linked security checks before they can enter the merge queue. Review Apps provide temporary previews with private, team, client or public audiences. Package access is license-aware and registry tokens are scoped and revocable. The current demo persists Developer Workspace state in the browser. It demonstrates the intended workflow, but production authorization, repository mutations, secrets, jobs, audit and multi-user persistence must be enforced by the backend. GitPaid repository manifests expose version, release channel, supported platforms, compatible browsers, runtime requirements, installation commands, package hashes, license information, support URLs, and refund windows. Repository trust data reports each verification result separately instead of presenting an unsupported global claim. The product delivery journey is: Verified Build, Fit Check, guided installation, Update Center, and rollback. Each stage has an independent status. ## Community and Paid Work - [Requests](https://gitpaid.com/requests): Describe a software idea and allow publishers to link proposed repository solutions. - [Commissions](https://gitpaid.com/requests?tab=commissions): Request custom work with a budget, reservation flow, delivery milestones, review, and dispute handling. Request authors can select the linked repository that best solves their request. Commissions are different from general requests because they define specific paid work, delivery expectations, and an exchange workflow between buyer and creator. ## Optional - [Creator Profiles](https://gitpaid.com/profile/northstack): View a publisher's products, releases, reputation titles, response time, skills, contact options, and donation support. - [Settings](https://gitpaid.com/settings): Configure interface complexity, language, currency, notifications, email preferences, privacy, and security. - [Sign In](https://gitpaid.com/login): Authenticate to access purchases, private content, publishing, and account features. - [Create an Account](https://gitpaid.com/register): Register a GitPaid account.
